Biography

Zoe Harris qualified as a nurse in 1994. She was one of the first cohort of Project 2000 in Adult Nursing. Having worked in the NHS for 30 years in cardio-respiratory services in both acute and community settings, Zoe has spent the majority of her career leading clinical transformation and is passionate about developing patient centred services, by building and leading multi-disciplinary teams to provide the best evidence based care.

Building on her provider experience of leading the development of a virtual ward and clinical pathways enabled by technology in Leicestershire Zoe completed a secondment to NHS England as a Senior Delivery Manager. Zoe was work stream lead for the national virtual wards programme, and advised in relation to technology enablement, amongst other areas, contributing through her experience and knowledge or working across organisational boundaries.

Zoe joined Nottingham University Hospitals In April 2023 in the role of Chief Nursing Information Officer and leads the Digital Clinical MDT.
