Glen leads the Health Innovation East Midlands Analytics and Evaluation Service team (AES). He is a former nurse who has been involved for many years in delivering projects to improve patient care, with experience of both project and change management and technology enabled change.

His work focusses on improving patient care with the use of data and high quality evaluation and he leads the AES team which provides high quality analytics and evaluation expertise for health and care organisations and innovators.

The team has developed innovative approaches, such as the Data MDT, and Glen was fortunate to be able to establish the Information Analysts’ Development programme which has been running for 9 years and 27 cohorts. He is the co-lead for the Midlands branch of the Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts (AphA) and has been privileged to be involved in AphA’s work on developing opportunities for Analysts to become professionally registered.
