Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the Lincolnshire NHS System, moving to support Cancer Services in 2019. She currently has a joint partnership role between both the Integrated Care Board and United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust and successfully integrates the two organisations.

Daily, she uses detailed patient analysis, pathway process mapping, demand and capacity modelling and forecast projections to support the two organisations. She has designed and released a succession of data dashboards and tools, which are used daily around the Lincolnshire system by clinicians and non-medical staff, to improve the health and well-being of Lincolnshire cancer patients. Her dedication and expertise has been recognised in the shortlisting to the HSJ – Driving Change through Data and Analytics Award 2024.
