Will currently works as a part time GP in Leeds, as a GPwSI in Clinical Genetics with the Yorkshire regional genetic service and with the Primary Care Stratified Medicine (PRISM) group at the University of Nottingham.

Will’s research interests include the role of primary care in the diagnosis and management of patients with rare and hard to diagnose conditions, the mainstreaming of genomic technologies and precision medicine.

Will is interested in how we use routinely collected health data to improve the diagnosis and care of these patients, how we capture the evidence for the implementation of genomic technologies to ensure they are used optimally and equitably.
