I have a Master’s degree in Biometry and PhD in Primary Care Science. My research is focussed on the use of electronic health records, particularly in the areas of primary care and rheumatology.

I am always keen to increase my understanding of epidemiological concepts and how best to apply them, and encourage colleagues to consider the methodological aspects of their research in a critical manner.

I take a keen role in mentoring junior staff within my research programme and more broadly, particularly within the NIHR ACR West Midlands, where I lead Training and Capacity Development.

I am keen to collaborate both on clinically-focused projects and those developing methodological innovations in the use of electronic health records.
