Carolyn is an experienced digital nurse and manager within the mental health care industry. Skilled in Health Informatics including Clinical Systems, Records and Information Governance, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Mental Health Nursing, and Leadership.

Carolyn has a proven track record of delivering frontline focussed solutions and is a qualified mental health professional with Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) and MSc in Advancing Healthcare Practice.

She is currently Head of Digital at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust where she is also Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) and Clinical Safety Officer (CSO).
